A clean and update on the large database and the large update file above should leave you with 10,000 segments in the database.
This lab involves optimizing lab 5 (protein sequence search) to take advantage of the faster searching algorithms we have been covering in class.
Graded lab 5 documents will be handed out in class on Monday so they can be used as a basis for this project.
